Toronto is brilliant for a holiday, it is expensive, but well worth it! So many things to see and do! Don’t just go up the CN tower for the view, it’s a good deal to have lunch there too. Take the short ferry trip over to Centre Island and spend the day. Go to the St Lawrence market, try the peameal bacon on a bun for lunch it is upstairs, it’s amazing, one is probably enough for two people. Visit Ridley’s, the train museum where most of the outside part is free, Ontario Place is amazing too. For three weeks every August the Canadian National Exhibition is also on. Go for a stroll or roller skate or bicycle ride along the boardwalk at the beaches or sunbathe and swim. Also for swimmers there are the Olympic swimming pools which are amazing. There is just so much going on in Toronto if you can afford it.

Toronto was a beautiful experience. We managed to sneak into the last night of the Toronto Light Festival and it was absolutely stunning. Honestly don't be surprised if you find out we moved there. A beautiful and stunning experience and I can't wait to go back

Lots of big family attractions near downtown: hockey hall of fame; aquarium; baseball- and really great food all round. Be aware many things and places are underground and that can be disorienting at times. The food at every place was always fantastic and tons of vegan and GF and lots ad awesome healthy choices.

First 3 day trip to Toronto was at least 12 yrs ago, when I found a $300 round trip flight from San Francisco. I stayed here first and last nights, and drove to Niagara Falls on the second day.
