In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ILS 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that guests younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Starting on February 10, 2023, booking rooms and accommodations is for adults over the age of 18 only.
Please note that Israeli citizens are required to pay18% VAT for Israel hotel stays. Non-Israeli citizens can be exempted from paying this tax by showing their entry permit (B2/B3/B4 visa). This tax is not included in the total room fee.
