You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of ILS 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Guests under the age of 21 years cannot be accommodated at the property. Daily shuttle services to the beach & Sarona Market are available based on demand. Registration at the reception is required in advance. On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies will apply. During each check-in process a credit card will be taken for security deposit of 300 ILS per night per room.
