Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Please be informed that the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Kansai International Airport. The free shuttle is available from Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Train Station to the hotel. It is available every 15 minutes from 7:45 to 22:30. An extra bed will be prepared for a 3rd or 4th guest, only when the booking is made for 3 or 4 adults. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking. Please note that the swimming pool and sauna are closed on certain days.
