Please inform Juyoh Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, check-in is from 16:00 and early check-in is not available. Please note, after 23:00 there is a late check-in fee for every 30-minutes that the guest is late. The hotel closes at 24:00 and re-opens at 07:30. During this period, guests can leave and enter using the side door. Please note that a reservation for a group of more than 8 people is subject to different policies. Please note additional charges will apply for guests checking in after 23:30. Guests can use the bath on the 10th floor for private use at a fee.
Effective from Oct 2002, an accommodation tax will be charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and must be paid at the hotel.
