Please inform My Space Barcelona Penthouse Terrace of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. For long stay more then 28 nights, the property may request some documentation after the reservation. If you fail to provide, reservation would be canceled as per cancellation policy.
