Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that smoking rooms are subject to availability at the time of arrival. The number of extra beds in a room is 1 or maximum 2 depending on the room category. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. -The maximum number of extra beds will be up till 4 depending on the apartment type. ( 2,3,4 Bedroom apartment) The hotel accepts major credit cards, but for pre-payment or on-site charges, the card used must be in the guest's name and presented for verification at check-in. If the guest isn't the cardholder or can't present the credit card at check-in, alternate payment arrangements must be made.
