You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There are currently balcony construction in the condominium so some apartments could be affected by noise and some of them (depending on the dates) couldn't have access to the balconies. We have applied a 30% discount for this issue to the normal prices. If guest accepts to make a reservation, then we won't make a refund or accept any kind of extra refund. Any payments made to the property will be charged under the name LGTM LLC. Please note 1 parking space is allotted per apartment. Please note daily maid service is not available.
