Comfortable hotel

Cozy hotel with convenient location in the heart of the city. We lived in a room with panoramic windows, the views are incredible. Also visited the spa, the child was satisfied. Thank you for your wonderful holiday.

I couldn't rest.

I would like to share my impressions about staying at the hotel. It wasn't originally in the room we were booking. Had to go back to the reception, there told us that the rooms for which we no longer have available, amazing. Moved into another room with a shared bed even though we had separate rooms. OK. They asked us to bring a cosmetic set and paste brushes in our absence. Brought one set for two, that's two cotton pads and two cotton pads! Ear 4 sticks 2! That's great. Well, at least two brushes! But the main thing is that the hotel is about leisure usually , but not in the Hotel Atrium. So at 10.30 p.m. the music was playing. Some fell asleep. But that's not all. At 7.00 a.m. on Sunday morning, the cleaning of the top room began, the cart was rolling very loudly as if on the tiles in our room, although we have carpets in our room. Next came furniture , chairs up to 7.44 . It was just impossible to sleep! I'm sleeping, though. I'm not sensitive! And the hotel will remind you of your vacation. Next, the cleaning of the others began with the number, but the sound was already so obvious. So if you want to rest and sleep and not wake up at 7 as work, then it's not about calving. Atrium!

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв и за то, что поделились своими впечатлениями о проживании в нашем отеле. Мы искренне сожалеем, что Ваше пребывание не соответствовало ожиданиям.
К сожалению, иногда возникают непредвиденные обстоятельства, которые могут повлиять на размещение гостей.
Мы понимаем, как важно получить именно тот номер, который Вы забронировали, и приносим искренние извинения за возникшие недоразумения. Мы обязательно проведем внутреннюю проверку, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций в будущем.
Что касается замечания по поводу шума, мы понимаем, как важно спокойствие для полноценного отдыха, и хотели бы отметить, что согласно правил проживания п. 6.3 в отеле с 23:00 до 07:00 действует режим тишины. Рабочий день горничной в отеле начинается в 8:00, соответственно и уборка номеров производится с этого времени. Таким образом мы можем предположить, что источником шума могли стать гости отеля, проживающие этажом выше. В таких случаях рекомендуем обращаться на ресепшен отеля для урегулирования подобных ситуаций.
Ваши замечания очень важны для нас, и мы надеемся, что у Вас будет возможность посетить нас снова, чтобы мы могли предоставить Вам лучший опыт.

Beautiful weekend!

Hotel Atrium left only a beautiful experience! The room was spacious, clean, the view was breathtaking, the city like a palm of your hand! At Reception, friendly staff , checked in early, although it was February 15, full enclosure in connection with the holiday (warned not before 16:00). The masseuse girls at the SPA are magicians! Tea room after massage with herbal tea, zuccats, meditative music made my weekend relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was for every taste from cereal to sausages, bacon porridge, potatoes, eggs. Despite the full occupancy of the hotel there was no pillar felt except for the SPA, but in the morning it was possible to go normally while everyone was asleep :) Pleasantly surprised and pleased!

Beautiful hotel with poor service

There were such expectations about this hotel ... and in fact: if you have to beg for room service daily with constant calls to the reception, it's nowhere near level four stars, two at most. The work of the staff at the reception was disappointing, the complete lack of feedback to the guests.
There are no comments on the state of the hotel's room and infrastructure, only the lack of customer orientation spoils everything. Unfortunately, the experience of living was ruined.
