Located within 1.4 km of De Keyserlei and 1 km of Rubenshuis in Antwerp, ADA provides accommodation with seating area. It is set 1.5 km from Groenplaats Antwerp and offers luggage storage space.

Very nice and very good accommodation for an extended weekend in Antwerp
We stayed three nights at this B&B, it was perfectly fine for us. However, it should be noted that cleaning of the rooms is not daily and is only provided for longer stays. The location was quasi perfect for us, we reached everything on foot. The parking space, which can be reserved under certain circumstances, is opposite the ADA in a somewhat getting used to "parking garage". The driveway is not for beginners, if the car is a suitable size. No problem with small cars. It's good if you don't have to go up the ramp on your own, but have someone in the passenger seat to watch out for. The "parking garage" is not public and there are only a few parking spaces for the ADA in the 2nd floor. Floor (no elevator). Unfortunately, a little nasty of the pigeons that live there. The price of 15,- is completely okay. The driveway has an electric gate and so the cars behind it are parked safely in a way (better than on the road in any case).
The ADA is a very nice gem if you like old townhouses that are lovingly and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom is very modern, the bed very good. Because it is an old building, the windows have only single glazing, so you hear something going on in the street, but you can still sleep well in our opinion. The house is a bit noisy, but since it is a small B&B with few guests, that is also no problem (unless you are absolutely sensitive to noise).
The Service was very accommodating (fluently multilingual) and in our opinion extremely sympathetic. We have nothing to complain about here, quite the contrary. We were asked every day if everything was okay, etc. Breakfast was very good, even if there is "only filter coffee" but that was also well done. I also prefer to have a great espresso or a homemade cappuccino from the barista, but please, we are at the B&B and not in an Italian cafe bar. So that was perfectly fine with us and we recommend the ADA 100%. If we go to Antwerp again and the ADA has a room available, we are definitely there again.

Everything but customer friendly!
Very uncommercial attitude: after at least 5 attempts to stay there, always without success due to "full", they refuse to renew a gift voucher. This does mean that our friends paid 150 Euro and that this amount simply disappears into the pockets of the owner(s) - just scandalous!

A cozy quiet sleep
A lovely old home turned into a B&B. It was very quiet and we had a good night sleep. They got in touch with us via WhatsApp and gave us the entry code and there was a gentleman who was there to greet us. We let them know about our approximate arrival time. They also have limited parking space so if you need a car park (which looks pretty old but it is safe as it is closed at night) then it is good to pre-book with them. We stayed for one night and have no complaints.

Absolutely wonderful B&B
There's a certain danger to keeping up standards like this: your guests will not even want to leave the room to see the sights. ADA is just about the most gorgeous B&B we've ever stayed at. Some of the furniture in the room was, perhaps, more pleasing to the eye than fit for use, and the stairs may be too steep for some. But as a whole, the room was wonderful. Additional bonuses include a really friendly and helpful family that runs the business, and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. Thank you!

What a lovely b&b ❤️
What a lovely B&B in Antwerp. The city villa is sophisticated and artistically furnished. Quiet yet central location. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and articulate. Breakfast is stylishly served with golden cutlery and can be put together by everyone in advance. We will definitely stay in this house again. Thank you for the three wonderful nights in your home.
