The rooms were so clean, my husband and I were pleasantly impress, super white towels and bedding, loved that we had a nice mini fridge and microwave to make our soups.
Breakfast was the biggest surprise, nice fresh eggs and nice potatoes and a beautiful green salad, yogurt and cereal.
I cant say enough of the staff, Li the manager super friendly, everyone who works there super friendly and accommodating.
We love looking at the country side and having breakfast with the cows. :)
We cant wait to come back.
For someone who is looking for GOOD and budget this is the perfect place, love that the bus is only 5 min walk and takes us to downtown Charlottetown.
Best stay so far.

Pool was not available and the breakfast was the worst I ever had .They served salad for breakfast no friut no meat options just scrambled and some hash browns and toast .And I really could understand why salad for breakfast .

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Good breakfast. Some furniture in the room could use updating. Nice, helpful staff.

Clean rooms but has to renovate very old and pool not working

Found everything to be good, however at about 10PM a group were what appeared to be partying and it was extremely loud for a couple hours. I know it was a Friday night, but that shouldn't be an excuse for the noise for everyone else trying to sleep.
