Great place to stay when wanting a basic motel.
It is so clean, I kept thinking it was brand new.
The owner is very friendly.
There's no ice machine.
There's a coffee maker in the room, good for 3 cups of coffee. For 2 people I think they should supply 6 cups worth, which is 2 coffee packs instead of one.
Very handy location in Perth.
I booked 2 nights and then due to change in plans asked owner to stay 2 more nights. No issues.

The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us happy. We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay here again when we are down this way.

Clean room, looked recently renovated. Friendly staff. Good location for visiting the centre of Perth. Good value for a comfortable, basic overnight stay or two.
A/C was a bit intrusive being located on the wall above the bed, but didn't prevent a good sleep. Only noticeable exterior noise was the occasional train passing on the rail line across the highway.
Would probably stay here in the winter for trips from Picton to Ottawa Senators games in Ottawa.

Have stayed there before and although there was a rowdy crowd next to my room everything was OK. This stay June17-18 was much quieter. Staff that I met very friendly. I will stay there again.

The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. I was very impressed. If you are looking for a clean hotel at a great price point this is a great option.
