7 min from Old Town. Clean and spacious.

The room is about a 7 / 10 minute walk from old town, so that's fine. Keep in mind that it is on a hill.
The room was super neat; just like the images. Plenty of storage space and room for your bags / backpacks. There is a small safe available.
Check in / communication was all via whatsapp. The host Goran was friendly and clear, so everything went smoothly.
The bed was firm, not too soft. The air conditioner worked properly and seemed well maintained. No weird rattling noises when sleeping for example.
The room is not really noisy. You only hear
The upstairs neighbor walking up and down but I didn't find that disturbing. You can't hear the street traffic at all.
Tip: turn on the hot water boiler 15 minutes before you take a shower (switch on the outside of the bathroom), otherwise you have no / hardly any hot water :-)

Great Accomodation and Fantastic Host

The room was wonderful. Clean and modern. Air con was a blessing as the temperature didn't drop below 25°c even at night! Goran, the host, was amazing. Organising a smooth check in and check out. He was also able to organise a few day trip for us while we were there. Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend.

Fantastico

Camere dal design modetno, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari.
La doccia spaziosissima...aria condizionata indispensabile.
Goran, il conduttore, sempre attento e disponibile. Non fatevi spaventare dalla facciata del palazzo, decisamente da rinfrescare.
