The most lovely 4 dishes menu

Really lovely stay. The finest 4 dishes menu: awesome
taste composition in Krondyrs carpaccio, all were lovely taste experiences.
Unfortunately, there was a long time between the dishes. Fortunately the weather was good and we had fun on the outdoor terrace. Nice rooms overlooking the beautiful park. The sweetest and very helpful service of all and especially the young man at the reception.
We would love to come back.

Peaceful stay

A classic pavillon in a green area has added a modern wing with hotel rooms. The room was quite small, but we had nice terrace and slept well. Excellent restaurant (Gro), which I was not expecting in such a small town as Varde. The negative part was the use of codes to enter the hotel and room; too complicated and it did not always work as intented.

The hotel has a great location inside the park, it is nice to wake up to great views and birdsongs.
Also the staff was very friendly and serviceminded, and the food was good.

Nice stay, but a coffee machine or kettle in the room would be nicer. Instead, I must go downstairs to a small "coffee room" and get coffee (or hot water for tea) from a machine and carry the cup back to my room.

Recommended stay

We were a family of seven people who had a deal stay with four dishes menu.
It was a very good experience with delicious food, professional service and a good night's sleep.
