Fatilla

Frankly, the room was perfect after our visit; we were there for 3 days and we always saw the same person who cleaned our room; we were able to talk with this person, "Fatilla".
A person with a pleasant smile, and I must say that upon our return to the room, the room was perfect and clean, aired out, everything was in place, nothing to complain about.
Thanks to this person, nothing to say about the hotel except that it's quite cramped in the room.....

Ibis Chatellerault excellence

Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived here easter sunday. We were greeted like family. We originally were stating for 3 days but ended up staying 6 in several rooms. All the rooms were very clean and excellent with aircon. The breakfast was good and the upstairs restaurant was very good.
Given our circumstances we were looked after by management and staff 100%.
They drove us to some places to help us sort oit our issue. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation
Once again to staff and management, thank you for your kindness and assistance.

Compliments to the staff

I want to thank and compliment Méganne for her kindness and prompt efficiency in returning my laptop safely to Ireland, having left it behind me in Ibis Chatellerault.
The service and hospitality I received was splendid, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient and offers a number of unexpected extras to guests.
I stayed there in the course of a long, exhausting journey from Bilbao to Cherbourg after a ferry cancellation. Mèganne and her colleagues made me welcome and made me feel at home !

Older type ibis. More Business trade orientated.

This really feels like a business ibis hotel and is a bit dark and old. The bathroom was also old. Everything worked and the beds were comfy and clean but the place didn't feel like the Bourges ibis we often use. Having said that - the restaurant staff and food were excellent. We had a good meal. Useful as a stop over but I have stayed at better ibis hotels. The two HUGE spiders in our room probably didn't help...

Good place to stop

This hotel is very convenient located near the highway.
The service friendliness can be improved on and I was surprises to find the storeroom open on our corridor with dirty bedlinnen on the ground up into the corridor.
The breakfast was standard good with enough choice.
The restaurant connected to the hotel has a pleasant choice of good well prepared and of reasonable price.
