Just 50 metres from a tranquil bay and 6 kilometres from Skiathos harbour, these self-catering studios are surrounded by 10,000 m² of lush gardens with an outdoor pool. The Ostria studios are bright, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.

A beautiful hotel and fabulous stay
After spending a day at Ostria pool last year, I decided to book and stay at the hotel this year. We were not disappointed! The room, gardens and pool area are spotless and the location is great as it's close to a number of restaurants, the bus stop and the beach.
The staff are so friendly, welcoming and really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable - they were great with my 6 year old daughter. Special mention to Sofia, Tasos, Dimitris and Tasos' daughter (can't remember her name!).
I recommend the Greek night and the Mama Mia night - so much fun and we made special memories!

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at the apartments. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the housekeeping was exceptional. Our apartment was spotless and cleaned every day, which was a real highlight of our stay.
On arrival, one of the owner’s sons showed us to our apartment, which was appreciated. However, we felt a little more information would have been helpful when we arrived, particularly regarding how to use the air conditioning. After emailing the owner, she was very helpful and explained everything.
As we were staying with our grown-up children, having only one key to the apartment was a little inconvenient. Two keys would have been much more useful.
The pool area was lovely, although the pool itself was quite small. Food was available at the pool bar, which was convenient, although we found it to be quite expensive.
The location was great, with some lovely restaurants within walking distance, and we found them all amazing. The beaches were absolutely out of this world, especially Banana Beach and Koukounaries. The bus service was also brilliant and made getting around very easy, although it can get extremely busy in the early evening when travelling into Skiathos Town.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness, exceptional housekeeping, beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants and convenient bus service all made for a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend the area and hope to return one day.

Lovely peaceful hotel stay
Just came back from an amazing 12 nights, an absolutely beautiful, clean, well kept hotel with a wonderful family keeping it all perfect. Tassos and Petra along with there children ran the bar area and were an absolute pleasure to meet. Would recommend the the Greek yogurt for breakfast and definitely try the Greek night (lots of fun and dancing) lots of lovely restaurants around if you don’t want to travel to other resorts. We have already booked again for next year, can’t wait

Great place to stay
Hotel Ostria is a little oasis tucked off the main road by Bus Stop 16.
Sofia was lovely and helped my friend and I book a room for a week’s holiday in June.
The apartment was very clean and well presented. The kitchen facilities were ideal (not that we cooked!). With daily cleaning, it was always nice to know nothing would be over looked.
Taso & Petra run the bar / cafe on site and are fabulous hosts, along with their kids.
The Greek night was fun with plenty of freshly cooked food, local musicians and dancing.
We enjoyed the Mamma Mia night too
Plenty of places to eat nearby with many tucked away down alleyways.
We met lots of lovely people who admitted to multiple stays at Hotel Ostria as everything was just perfect for a relaxing stay.
We are looking to return next year

Pure heaven!
It's difficult to know where to start with how we feel about Ostria Hotel.
The location is perfect. It literally is a sea of tranquility. The gardens are beyond perfect. The lawns are like golf fairways, thanks to Max who works night and day to keep the whole area pristine.
We stayed in apartment 20 next to the bungalow where the family live.
It was perfection.
Sofia, Anuque and Mum and Dad run the place like it was their home, with love and tender care. They are truly amazing. An example. My wife enjoys sunbathing, but it was busy around the pool and very hot. So she grabbed some cushions and a towel ans lay on the grass under a massive palm tree at the back of our apartment. After two days two brand new sunbeds turned for us to use.
Sofia had noticed this and been out and bought them for her to use.
What more can I say than Ostria Hotel and Aghia Paraskevi with all it's wonderful tavernas is heaven.
