Racist and Rude
I arrived after a 20 hour journey from New Zealand and went to check in. There were three management staff at the desk and they looked at me like I was something nasty they’d trodden in. They denied I had a booking despite written evidence. Then they said they didn’t partner with booking.com and they weren’t a hotel. Nothing I could say would make them change their minds and I was turned out into the monsoon rain.
This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
