Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of JPY 300000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Extra beds can only be accommodated in twin rooms. Please contact the property about airport/station shuttles at the time of booking. An accommodations tax per person per night is not included in the rate and must be paid directly at the property.
