A lovely experience

Everything was excellent; we always choose Marriott to spend time with family. Thanks to the bell team, reception, and all the waiters who are very attentive. Thank you, Marriott.

5 Stars bellboy Antonio

Definitely we had an amazing experience from the start, the bellboy Antonio, gather all our belongings and was able to speak both English and Spanish. He made sure to explain everything including spa treatments, times and he made sure on our way out we were guided and taken to our car.
I have stayed multiple times here, highly recommend the Buffett, ambiance and room decoration are great!
Go to the bar and get a Margarita, hand crafted no mix added all natural and perfect convo with tacos Baja and enchiladas verdes

Excellent experience during my stay

Excellent experience during my stay. I would especially like to recognize the front desk team for their great attention, kindness, and willingness to help at all times.

Disappointing for a Marriott
As a Marriott property, my expectations were significantly higher in terms of quality and maintenance. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.
The carpets looked old and worn, and the bathroom floor had stains that appeared to be deeply set, giving the impression of poor cleanliness or lack of upkeep.
The air conditioning was difficult to control due to the poor placement of the thermostat, which was located right by the air vent, affecting its accuracy and overall comfort.
As for the amenities, they were very limited—only shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap were provided. Additionally, the towels also appeared quite worn.
Overall, the experience was below expectations and very different—in a negative way—from what is typically associated with Marriott hotels.
