Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Amsterdam ID Aparthotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in as a guarantee. If applicable, the property will use these credit card details for incidentals and extras. If you are using a third-party credit card, please contact Amsterdam ID Aparthotel for more information. Above all, any prepayment from €1100 may need to be verified with a payment link. Please note that Amsterdam ID Aparthotel does not accept any cash payments. The main booker must be minimum 21 years old and the name of the main booker has to be the same as on the credit card. The credit card will be checked upon arrival. Please note that the apartment will not be cleaned daily. When staying 7 days or longer, the apartment is cleaned once a week. Linens are also changed once a week. Towels are changed after 3 days. Guests will receive 1 welcome package upon arrival. This includes a dishcloth, dish towel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper. Please note that this will only be provided once. Please note that breakfast is available upon request for a surcharge. This can be arranged upon check-in. Please notify the property in advance if you wish to bring children. Please note that drug usage and noise disturbances are not allowed and may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund. The deposit may vary per room type. The guest will be notified at check-in.
