Hotel Sacha Centric

The hotel is well located, close to the Plaza de Armas. Charming, it is a welcoming space and with attentive and helpful professionals. Great place to stay!

I would not repeat.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and expected a better experience.
As positive points, the staff has been a 10: everyone very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. I also liked the common areas and the laundry service, which was quick and economical.
Regarding the aspects to improve, the WiFi was a significant problem, as it would drop for hours and I could not finish an online meeting or make WhatsApp calls normally.
The room did not have a window to the outside for almost 15 days of stay, which was quite unappealing, and the door had glass right above it, allowing a lot of light in from early morning. Additionally, I was cold: there was only one rather old electric radiator for the entire room and the bathroom had no heating.
The breakfast, at least for people with celiac disease, had no options, just eggs; they always served the same fruits for the 14 days I stayed, which was terrible, plus I do not like those fruits, watermelon and papaya, I only had scrambled eggs for breakfast. And, in general, I did not find it as remarkable as other reviews indicate, it was average for a three-star hotel.
In my opinion, for the price, there are better options. I do not understand the rating of "Fabulous," as my experience did not match that assessment. I would not repeat.

Excellent service and impeccable room!

Excellent service, everyone is very friendly and willing to help at all times.
They provided complimentary water, chocolates, coffee, teas, and an electric kettle in the room.
The bed is very comfortable, the room is a good size, and the bathroom even had a hairdryer.
I loved it! I recommend it!

Cute hotel

This is a nice little hotel in the center of Cusco. The rooms are quite charming and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The staff were also very nice - they asked us every day if we had an early start the next morning and checked if we needed a boxed breakfast. They also stored our suitcases and then had them waiting in our rooms when we returned - a small but nice touch. My only complaint would be that the hot water was extremely slow to turn on and the water pressure was very low for the hot water.

Cute boutique hotel in a central location of Cusco

I stayed here for just one night with a group before we toured the city of Cusco. It's a quaint, boutique hotel with very warm and friendly staff. The rooms are on the smaller side and the shower water takes a bit to get hot, but otherwise it's good for a short term stay. Breakfast was just okay but good for a lite bite before you hit town. Located close to many places to eat and explore! They let us keep our bags even after we checked out so we could explore freely before we headed to the airport.
