Our stay at Mango Suites was amazing. The front desk staff was the epitome of hospitality. They were totally amazing. The restaurant, although small, has a great selection of items and again, the hospitality was 10/10. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I would suggest is a second chair in the room. Tge security was also very good. If you go outside at night, they were always present. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Water drainage poor, noisy Aircon, insects in the room, no pillow protectors, very basic, airport shuttle bus advertised with booking but not available when needed.

The prices of rooms are reasonable. Shower heads needs to be improved.

Just OK with a Surprise

We stayed at this hotel during our most recent travel to Isabela. The hotel rooms were ok and the staff were all
Helpful and friendly. It’s located at a great location near SM Cauayan. Everything was fine until our checkout where we were told we owe mo run for our breakfast. We specifically asked if breakfast was included with our stay and the front desk clerk who checked us in answered yes several times. We were planning to leave early but because we were told that breakfast is included, we decided to leave a little later. In the end we ended up paying a discounted price for breakfast. For all those planning to stay at this Mango Suites of Cauayan Isabela, make sure you understand that breakfast is a separate charge from the hotel room rate.
