Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that arriving with an animal involves an additional cost of PLN 100 to the booking price. For stays longer than 7 days, the fee is PLN 200. Additionally, a deposit of PLN 300 is required. 7 days before arrival, a Tpay payment link will be sent. The link is completely safe.
