Lovely hotel

A really nice, homely feeling hotel in the centre of Toruń in a safe area. Lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s easily accessible to shops. A lovely clean room with a great view of the old town on floor 3. Breakfast a bit…. Meh. Fantastic place to stay for a base in Toruń

Overpriced

Hotel was in a convenient location. However my room was on the 2nd floor with no lift. My very large suitcase was carried up on 1st day but there was no one available to bring it back down when leaving. Half way through my 8 night stay I had to move rooms due to the noise of a drill outside my room. Hotel consists of several houses and my next room was acute road also on the second floor.
Staff were generally unhelpful. My room wasn't hoovered once during my stay and the bed was only made occasionally.
To add insult to injury having inquired from other guests I was charged at least triple the rate other guests were paying!
Breakfast was plentiful and varied each morning. I particularly liked apple dumplings served on Good Friday

A must see. Old Town is breathtaking and full of energy and fun. I went in September so I feel like the summer would be very busy.

A nice hotel conveniently located for anyone wishing to explore the Old Town; close to shops, restaurants and a few steps away from the leaning tower and the main square. Pleasant staff, straightforward check-in, decent breakfast.
