nice hotel

stayed here for four days in june 2026 for a work team event, it seemed all our rooms were suites, not sure if this is standard across the whole hotel or just booked for us for the work event, anyway the room was BIG, it even had an outside decking area due to being on the ground floor. couldnt figure out how to get the aircon to drop to a lower temp setting that 20 degrees, i'm sure i was just doing something wrong there. all staff were very formal but efficient, and any meals we had were buffet style affairs. there is a buffet restaurant in there that only cost €2.40 for lunch!! you need to be quick to try a get a slice of pizza though, the kids have them gone in milliseconds!! didn't get time to fully explore the place, but it's HUGE!! all in all, a nice hotel!!

Good facility.

An incredible facility, fresh spaces both indoors and outdoors. The facilities parts we used were very good. running tracks, swimming (inside and outside).
The staff was ok but is still one of the things that makes it not top marks. The dining room where you eat breakfast is another, school environment and messy. The range was great though.
One tip is to review the coffee service there was disaster and queues every day all week. Brew up instead of everyone brewing themselves.

Beautiful place, little reception and elasticity

Really beautiful place in every detail, nice and clean.
The only flaw of the stay, in addition to the breakfast that I expected a little more rich and international, the little kindness and elasticity of those who welcome at the reception (not everyone)

Very bad food and customer service

Rooms without ac, the worst food I have ever tasted, even in hotels with 2*. Also too many bugs in the room, even though there is windows netting.
Safe in the room didn’t work, and stuff didn’t know how to fix it and just left.
In one of the conferences room there is such a bad smell.

Poor show

Don’t come near this place when challenge Samorin is on, there is literally no chance of eating, too busy sucking up, even if you are racing, everything else is perfect but they are absolute rubbish at food. I can highly recommend the Scottish Pub in Samorin itself
