Comfort with a view
Hostal Ansonea is in a fine old building very convenient to the main streets of the little town of Bera. When we stayed at the Hostal we got the impression that there were very few, if any, other guests. The 2nd floor room we were given was comfortable, as were the beds. The floors were beautiful terrazzo and the quality of construction was excellent, though the caliber of housekeeping was perhaps a bit lax. The windows were large and overlooked an attractive scene of typical regional houses. We could never get the WiFi connection to work, which was disappointing. The owner opens up an attached breakfast bar in the mornings - in a quite attractive setting. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the additional cost was reasonable. The surrounding town and countryside are splendid.

It's ok
The place is clean! I'll give it that. Parking - there's 4 spaces out front, the rest is search for yourself. The wifi is weak, the bar is, uhm, non existent?? And the breakfast is chintzy. Maybe that's because they don't get a lot of traffic - it is a bit out of the way, but we found that aspect quite charming. There's nothing wrong with the place, it was a useful overnight, but I wouldn't go out of my way to book again. The staff, when we did see them, was very helpful.

Alojamiento muy correcto
Ubicado en un edificio tradicional, ofrece unas habitaciones cómodas, amplias, con aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, amenities, muy buena ducha… Ocupamos dos habitaciones triples durante una noche en régimen de solo alojamiento, a un precio de 110 € cada habitación. Fueron muy amables; como éramos siete personas, en una de las habitaciones nos añadieron una cama supletoria sin coste alguno. Cuenta con restaurante con una terraza muy agradable, en el que se come muy bien y a buen precio y con una atención muy rápida.

FRAUDE,NO IR!!!
De primeras, nos cobraron dos veces. Fue imposible hablar con el dueño, parece ser según nos dijeron en el pueblo, que ya se lo han hecho a mucha gente. Encima ponía desayuno incluido y cuando fuimos a desayunar no había NADA

Ni se les ocurra
Hemos reservado este alojamiento durante nuestro viaje para realizar el GR11. Llegamos hoy de Irún después de 25km andando. El dueño nos escribe una hora antes de llegar por correo electrónico por la hora a la que vamos a llegar, pero estamos atravesando monte sin cobertura por lo que no lo leemos hasta las 15:30 que llegamos al alojamiento (el check-in es de 15 a 21) y NO HAY NADIE. Llevamos dos horas esperando a que alguien venga a darnos la habitación y no hay nadie. Además ningún teléfono está disponible, o comunica o no da tono. Estamos tirados, literalmente, en el suelo de su recepción esperando alguna solución. No queremos irnos porque viendo como son de impresentables seguro que nos cobran la habitación. Según el gerente que solo se comunica por medio de hoteles.es un empleado le ha fallado y el otro no entra hasta las 19:00. Lamentable.
