Very good-nice-cheap

It exceeds the expectations of a common hostel. The location is excellent, the maintenance and cleaning excellent. The courtesy and friendliness of the excellent staff.

I loved the hostel. Excellent service, unbeatable location, very clean and comfortable hostel. To stay in the center of Madrid and have quick access to the main attractions, museums, tablaos, restaurants and, above all, to Madrid deep of its streets, parks, bars and shops.

Medium

The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from Grand Via, the ground floor square and many restaurants/supermarkets.
The hotel is clean, the cleaning is done every day, however the floor is not cleaned and the bath mat and towels are not changed every time.
There are no hooks or towel racks which is impractical.
The staff is friendly but no more.

Awful

I checked in and an hour later I started to receive text messages off a sexual nature from the guy on reception telling me to touch myself these continued up until midnight he was outside my door I reported it to to property owner nothing was done

Madrid Center

The location of the Hostel is perfect if you want to be in the center of the city. This makes things much easier when organizing the visit. The quality/price ratio is tight. The site is very clean. The facilities are a bit obsolete given that it is in an old building and is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it is fine.
