The three Capistrano complexes are located in a quiet area of Nerja, on the Costa del Sol. The apartments and villas are situated around a large outdoor swimming pool and can include a garden, terrace or private balcony.

Beautiful area, great pool and spacious

The surroundings were stunning, all really clean and flowers in bloom. Our apartment was lovely with our own little private pool and access to the resort one too. The accommodation was spacious with a nice bathroom. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star was some of the furniture was broken/dates and the appliances like the cooker were old and hard to use (couldn’t see the markings on the dial).
El Capristrano is in a great location and east to park and drive to the town. We had a wonderful time.

Poor experience

Urbanisation is lovely but our apartment was old and outdated..furniture was tatty , poor quality throws on suite.
Bathroom tiles patched with anything with a similar colour..water leaked on to the balcony below when having a shower...would definitely not recommend..ALSO. paid 50 euros pool key deposit, office was closed when we tried to return it even though it was in advertised office hours..we are still waiting for it to be repaid 2 wks after our return... they said it must be returned by post not bank transfer..I asked for proof of postage when sent..completely ignored...I'm not convinced I will see my money again..but I'm happy to be proven wrong...? People beware..

GIRLS HOLIDAY

Have to say cannot fault this place, very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful in particular (Reiuz) i think is how his name was spelt on reception. Will definatley recommend to family and friends and hope to return again for a holiday.

Nice views

We got a very nice villa with some great views of the ocean but don't expect this to be close to the beach. You "have to" drive everywhee but it's OK since the parking is very nicely situated close to the villas and there are free spots downtown if you're OK to circle around a bit. The vulla had all the amenities and is occupied by some swedes otherwise so everything's kept up although a bit old.
The downsides are the pool which is not just outside (you gotta walk a bit depending on which villa you're in) and the fast that the receprion has a siesta even though it' supposed to be open all the time.

good place to relax in the winter

We were given appartment 17b and we can say it's big and it had everything we needed. It was also very clean and that's easy to tell when you have two allergics to dust in the family and nobody sneezed at all during our time there!!
The lady at the reception desk was nice and willing to answer our questions about Nerja. We called before arriving because we were going to get to Nerja almost at the office's closing time and she very kindly volunteered to wait for us and give us the key.
The beach and the center of Nerja can be reached on foot but we thought it was better to go by car since on the way back home, we would have to go uphill and that would be exhausting.
So I can recommend this place and I would make a reservation here again if I ever return.
