Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Along with your room, CIVILIAN Light service includes Housekeeping Every 3rd Day. The optional full-service housekeeping is available for USD 15 per day plus taxes. Please note that, all dogs are welcome, at a maximum of 100lbs. A $50 Pet fee will be accessed for each stay. Any dog exceeding 40 lbs must be booked in Spacious Queen, King, or Double room types. This property does not charge facility fees. Pool and Fitness Center are located at a separate location off site. There's flat fee of $200 will be authorized on the guests credit card when they arrive at the hotel. This is for any incidentals charged at the property during their stay
