Please inform Hotel Isla del Encanto of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that transportation to and from the island is included in the rate and has set times. Guests must arrive at the Bodeguita dock at 11:00am - 11:30am and check in is at 15:00 Departure Time Cartagena - Isla del Encanto: 12:00 Departure Time Isla del Encanto - Cartagena: 14:00 - 14:30. The boat or bus ride take approximately 1 hour. Please note that children up to 1 year old and with a crib, stay free of charge. Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with a valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met. The name on the credit card must match the name used for reservation. Please note rates are full board (Subject to the Hotel menu. First day: Dinner – Last day: Breakfast and Lunch – The days between the first and the last include the three meals) -A nonalcoholic drink to accompany each meal
For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
