Lovely place in central location

Very centrally located little guest house with a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Antonis) who promptly organised a taxi for me through a message via booking.com.
The room was large and had a lovely balcony for a coffee in the morning.
Everything was clean, the shower was powerful & hot. Hairdryer, kettle, aircon, fridge and small kitchenette completed the nicely decorated room.
I enjoyed my stay here but want to mention that I used earplugs at night due to the restaurant opposite of the house . Nit sn inconvenience but maybe good to know.

A very nice place

Perfectly located in the heart of Pythagorion, this Pension enjoys a prime location on one of the city’s most picturesque streets.
The studio is spotless, comfortable and peaceful.
Communication with Antonis, the French-speaking Owner, is easy.
Pythagorion is a great place to live, and I highly recommend this property.
A few steps away you will find many restaurants, shops and mini-markets, with the beach just a 5-minute walk and the port 2 minutes away.
Our stay was excellent.

Felt like at home!

I have the most beautiful words to write the summary about my stay at "Studios Iris"!
Simply, all is excellent!
Excellent location! - Close to main shopping street, near the central bus station, near city beach...
Everything is great at "Studios Iris"! - Nice and comfortable room with terrace, everything is purely clean!
Staff is so kindly! - Owner Antonis gave me advices and answers to all my questions. Thanks to him, in "Studios Iris" I felt like at home!
Finally, I recommend the "Studios Iris" to everyone!
If I come to Samos and Pythagoreio again, it is definitely that I will stay at "Studios Iris" again.

Nice place to stay

Iris Studios have a great location in the centre of Pythagorio, a short walk from the port, taxis, buses, food and shopping. The rooms are clean, bathroom is small, but it is expected. The wifi is very good quality and it is freee of charge.

Basic accomodation for a very comfortable stay

Nice studio, I had all what I needed. I rented it for almost three weeks in October and was very satisfied. Comunication with the staff was great, it's clean and perfectly located near the shops, restaurants, beaches and the port. Good value for money. I had a very pleasant stay. Thanks Antonis, Elli and Elona!
