You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. Guests arriving after check-in hours (21:00) must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Directions: From Shinjuku Station, use the South-East Exit. Take the stairs down, make the first right and proceed under the overpass. Continue down the street past the Starbucks and stay left. Cross the street, take an immediate left and continue walking. Make a right before the 7-11, into a narrow street. Walk past the 24 Times parking lot and continue along the road for 328 feet to the hotel. The hotel does not provide room cleaning during the guests' stay. This is an entirely nonsmoking property.
Effective from Oct 2002, an accommodation tax will be charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and must be paid at the hotel.
