Due to renovations at Jesselton Jetty, the free shuttle bus service from Jesselton Jetty to JSK Jetty is currently unavailable. Pickup times have been adjusted to 9:45 AM at the Suria Mall main entrance and 11:00 AM at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Other available pick-up locations are listed below. Please contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements for pick-up at the following locations. The final confirmation is subject to the hotel's response. 9:30 AM Hyatt Centric // 10:00 AM Lemeridien Hotel and Holiday in Express // 10:15 AM Marriott Hotel, Pacific Sutera Hotel, Magellan Sutera Hotel // 10:30 AM Imago, Shangri-la Tangungalu // 10:45 AM Luma Hotel 12:00 AM Shangri-la Rasa Ria Hotel. The resort is located on an island. The JSK Rampayan Jetty in Kota Belud serves as the pick-up point for boat transfers to JSK Mantanani Island Resort. The resort offers free one-way shuttle service to JSK Rampayan Jetty from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) at 11.00am and Jesselton Jetty at 11.30am. If you are unable to catch the resort’s shuttle bus, please arrange your own transport to JSK Rampayan Jetty. Guest must arrive at the jetty before 1.15pm. The only scheduled boat from the jetty to the resort departs at 2.15pm, while the return boat from the resort to the jetty departs at 12.30pm. If you miss the scheduled boat, the only option would be to charter a private boat, which will incur additional charges. Please note that the journey from Kota Belud town to JSK Rampayan Jetty will take approximately 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. The boat ride is estimated to take around 45 minutes, depending on sea conditions.
