The exchange rate is 1 euro = 11 dirhams. It is strictly forbidden to have meals delivered or to bring meals from outside the establishment. Any damaged item must be refunded and this also applies to indelible stains on bed linen or towels (henna, makeup, shoe polish, etc.). Dyeing or replacement fees will be required. The swimming pool is accessible from 10:00 to 20:00. If you wish to have your boarding pass printed at an additional cost, please inform the establishment at least 12 hours before your departure. For sharing rooms, if either or both of guests are Moroccans, they will be required to show a marriage certificate, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to reject for check-in.
According to government policy and social customs in Morocco, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room and one of them is Moroccan or Muslim.
