Stayed for one night on a road trip. Swimming pool requires booking in advance. Very good breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel several times my daughter lives in Trondheim, my wife went to visit my daughter and booked the hotel check-in day for Sunday, June 28th check out June 29 Monday, we realize we made a mistake immediately we tried to reschedule the day to check in June 29 Monday check out June 30, the hotel refused to help us. They were not helpful at all all I wanted to switch one day, I will never stay at this hotel again apparently my reservation. I was unable to cancel it or changed today. Disappointed that they were not even willing to try and help me.

Close to airport, we were able to walk in 10 minutes. Late check in at midnight and we were greeted warmly. An excellent hotel in Hell :-) Very clean, modern and relaxing room. Comfortable bed and quiet location. We can happily recommend the Scandic Hell to everyone. Sadly, the breakfast bar did not adequately suit our allergies but it is, nonetheless, a very good restaurant and a big range of foods.

A perfect stay

The front desk personnel was very accommodating when I asked for help to get all my fishing gear up to the suite. I was allowed to back my car close to the entrance and I was given a large trolley which enabled me to get everything up in one go. Very friendly staff in the restaurant as well and the fish & chips really hit the spot and everything was absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
