You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that half-board and full-board do not include beverages. Please note that the Kids Club (seasonal) and the children's playground are free for children between 4 and 11 years' old.
