This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Customers arriving after 7 p.m. will be sent a video with instructions on how to pick up their key. "ENTRY IS PROHIBITED TO ANY PERSON NOT REGISTERED AS A GUEST IN THE ESTABLISHMENT".
