You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Reservations of more than 5 rooms are subject to supplements and special conditions. Small dog breeds are welcome. Additional charge of 65€/night is applicable. Maximum weight: less than 22lb/10kg. Vaccination certificate against kennel cough and rabies in the last 12 months is required. To book a room with a dog, please contact the reservations department at reservas.mallorcaresort@aluahotels.com The beach is public and freely accessible, so there may be children. Access to the beach and crossing between buildings is via stairs.
