Please note that the resort is not suitable for disabled guests, especially there is no facility for wheelchairs. Please note that the power generator is switched off every day during 16:00-18:00 hrs. Please note that it is not recommended to travel by car/motorbike to the property as the roads can be quite challenging to some guests. Guests are advised to use the transportation service provided by the resort instead. Please contact the resort directly for more information. The resort provides a chargeable transfer service between the resort and Thongsala Pier, Koh Phangan. The service is available between 08:00-21:00 hrs. Guests wishing to make use of the service are advised to contact the resort at least 1 day prior to the check-in date. Guests who expect to check in between 15:00-20:00 hrs. are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the resort directly with the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. The resort does not allow the guests to make a cook in their accommodations or room. If someone violates the prohibition, they are charged 2000 THB for the penalty. The resort does not allow the guests to bring the electric appliances which are kettle electric, hair dryer, iron and etc. to use in before permission by the resort. Cleaning service is arranged in every 3 days. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
