Please inform Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that per UAE law, all guests must present either their original passport with a visa or with latest entry stamp or an Emirates ID upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the room to guests that do not provide proper identification. King size or twin beds will remain subject to availability at the time of check in. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Al Raha Beach Hotel will provide a link to a secured payment platform. Children below 02 years are free. Please note that there is a mandatory Gala dinner fee on 31st of December 2024 Eve of 950 AED per person will be charged by the property.
A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
