You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Outdoor Pool: Closed from Fri, Oct 10, 2025 until Tue, May 26, 2026 A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that renovation work on the balcony will be carried out from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. During this period, the facility will be closed. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in.
