Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Sat, Oct 25, 2025 until Fri, May 01, 2026 A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 100 percent of the first night will be charged at the time of booking. Please note that there is no elevator at the property. Parking is $10.00 per car, per night, and is included in the cost of your reservation. Guests must have a reservation at the property to park in the spaces provided by the hotel. One car is allowed per reservation. A $150 Refundable Security Deposit will apply for guests under 25 years old, and for guests who reside less than an hour away from the motel.
