Please inform The Westin Palo Alto of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Public areas of the hotel will be renovated from 15 November 2019 - 31 May 2020. Work noise is possible. The improvements will be taking place Monday - Friday. The valid credit card used to make the reservation will be required at the time of check in, and photo identification must match that card. Wi-Fi access and parking are both available for an additional fee. Please see property policies.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
