Short stay.

Great rooms, big and comfortable
Staff are super friendly and helpful, one phone call with a problem and it was all sorted.
Room service was amazing, food portions were good compared to most other hotels, food itself was fantastic and well priced with a good selection to choose from.
Would definitely stay again.

Pleasurable stay

Pleased with our stay is an understatement. Studio room for one night, but the view across to the Waca and gardens were great. The room was well appointed. Secure parking was worth it now Perth have to pay for on road parking at night. The breakfast was varied and catered for continental as well as home type cooking. Staff were so helpful it left us knowing we would be returning.

Overnight stay.

Stayed at Fraser Suites for my wife’s 50th birthday. We were expecting great things going by what the booking app info provided. However it was not to be. I would recommend if you live in Perth either stay somewhere else or just get a cab or uber home and avoid total dissatisfaction and unnecessary expense.

Not 5 Star

Overpriced and not a 5-star hotel. Restaurant staff don't inform you of meals not available until you go to order them. $60 for steak and chips is crazy. Can not get espresso martini after 8.30 as coffee machine is switched off but supposed to be 24/7 room service. No spare blankets in any rooms, had to call housekeeping for blankets. so disappointed we spent $700 a night for 4 nights to treat our family on our first trip to Perth only to not receive 5 Star treatment.

For hygiene purposes, our blankets available however these are on a request basis through our housekeeping department.
