Very green and quiet

What a delight of a guesthouse! The chalé-style apartments are located around the heated pool. The guesthouse is wooded and quiet, you can only hear the noise of birds. The cottage is rustic but has air conditioning, TV and fridge bar. The mattresses of our cottage had been changed recently. Breakfast is made up of cheese bread, eggs, cheese, ham, fruits, yogurts, breads and cake. All staff are extremely attentive and provide a microwave for guests. The guesthouse is 10 minutes from the Thermas dos Laranjais, but both the guesthouse and the park offer free parking.

So come on...
Bad experience
rooms infested with strawberries, old Inn, abandoned, broken, mould smelling, all dependencies are bad
beds with broken legs, bad air conditioning, a bad experience that I do not indicate to anyone
HORRIVEL breakfast, besides having no choice of anything birdys on top of the little that had , frozen and dirty pool
abandoned children area, as we decided last minute to go to Olympia was the only Inn that had vacant, so we stayed there, we had seen bad reviews but we didn't think it would be so awful, I don't indicate any way!

Bad experience

Worst experience I've had in my life. When we got to the room, there were no towels or soap, I had to go back and forth to ask for things. Room with musty smell, walls and very humid environment. Uncomfortable bed. The window didn't have protective glass, the room was full of mosquitoes and the worst part: at night we found two animals that looked like huge lizards on the wall, we tried to scare them out of the room but as the window had no protection they came back. The bags that were on the bed were all bitten by this animal. They didn't refund half of the daily rate, we arrived at noon and left at 8:30 pm on the same day. I was extremely frustrated.
At lunch we ordered a filet mignon that was as tough as a board. They charged a lot for this lunch. The person in charge who was there at night said that all the rooms are like that, there are no protective windows and he offered another room, which according to him, was the same thing. We decided to leave.

Carnival 2024-

Pousada Beco da Lua. Very good place for families to rest even during Carnival, rating 1000. From the manager to the last, rating 1000.
Marta and Tatiana excellent service. I recommend it and I want to go back.
It is worth it. Good rooms, cleanliness, service, everything was great.

Precisa reorganizar, desde a recepção até estacionamento, fiquei na pousada 3x ha 10 anos atrás, e sao as mesmas cortinas, móveis, cadeiras, colchão (tudo ficou antigo) nada foi reformado ou melhorado, tudo foi desgastado e nada parece que foi mantido. Uma pena!
Faltou água, lâmpadas queimadas e outras desproporcional ao ambiente, falta zeladoria....uma pena.
