Close to Business Park Sofia

This is not the easiest hotel to find. However, it is in easy walking distance to Business Park Sofia and a quick taxi ride to the Sofia airport (about 3-4 Euros via taxi). There is a metro (underground/subway) station about 400 metres north of the hotel and when the new metro line is completed there will be a station that will be about 400 metres west of the hotel. The city centre of Sofia is a 15 minute ride on the metro and costs about 1/2 Euro (payable only in Bulgarian Leva). The hotel is located above a pizza restaurant (with good food). As a result the reception is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in American English). Because the hotel is off the beaten track it is in a quiet area with not much street noise. The room was clean (though the decor had a distinctly dark Eastern European flavour). The room was small (though 50% larger than EasyHotel). The bathroom was clean and a typical wet-room layout (shower without a door style). WiFi was free. There was cable television (but only Bulgarian programming). The room included a mini-fridge. The hotel accepts only cash (and I think only Bulgarian Leva). The staff was friendly and helpful (but with very limited English). There is no elevator so you have to walk up a wide curved staircase to get to the reception. The room walls are not well insulated so a noisy neighbour could be a big problem. We stayed in room 204 - cost 55 Bulgarian Leva a night (28 Euro) inclusive of all taxes. Our room had two single beds which were comfortable (though a little on the hard side - but quite typical of what you would expect in Eastern Europe). This is a hotel that is designed for the Bulgarian traveller, but that also means that it is priced for the typical Bulgarian (i.e. not expensive). Bus line 305 passes the hotel, about two blocks away is the main road with bus lines 213, 214, 314. There are several small coffee shops in the immediate neighbourhood that cater to the locals (with very low prices). There is a major supermarket about 400 metres to the west of the hotel. Business Park Sofia has several top end eating places (with typical Western prices).

Non Andateci!!!

Non Andateci!!!inizio cosi la mia recenzione. Pessimo è dir poco. Accoglienza e servizio. Tutto un pacchetto di NO! Le stanze maleodoranti e sporche. Lenzuola vecchie. Corridoi che puzzano di fumo. Bagni?? Indescrivibile. Non esiste una doccia ma un rubinetto attaccato alla parete difronte al wc..acqua ovunque!!! In continuazione descrivo la mia esperienza personale.. c'è stato un guasto all interno del servizio idraulico del hotel..nessun avviso, ci siamo ritrovati un intero giorno senza acqua,senza farci una doccia o semplicemente fare pipì. Senza spiegazioni e senza cercare una soluzione momentanea o un semplice "ci scusiamo per il disagio"..non ce il phon in camera,se lo vuoi lo paghi a parte....pessimo!!!!!!non andaci

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel pulito, abbastanza tranquillo, (se non c'è qualche maleducato nella stanza vicino), fermata autobus a 20 metri, la colazione non é compresa, ma sotto l'hotel c'è un ristorante pizzeria inoltre molto discreto,.sono soddisfatto
