Impeccable and elegant style rooms, centrally located in the fascinating and popular 15 St, Chinatown, but quiet from the main street Modern faultless style rooms, that are a gem in busy Yangon considering that other places are often overpriced and mediocre quality. The management is showing helpful manners and a great care and solicitousness to host its guests, and managing its place to a high standard, adding a great value to what is already a smart option by far compared to its competitors. Highly recommended.

Great Downtown Yangon Hotel with River View and Delicious Food

Hotel Balmi is a great choice for anyone visiting downtown Yangon. The price is very reasonable for what you get — clean and comfortable rooms with a nice modern touch. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. One of the highlights was the view of the Yangon River from the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The food at the hotel was also delicious and definitely worth trying. Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate it 4.5 out of 5. Would happily stay here again.

I think at all the Hotel is very nice and the stuff is friendly.
It’s clean and you have everything you need in the room.
For me was just the location not the best, a poor area
but I would book the hotel again

Balmi Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was reasonably clean, offering a comfortable stay.
However, I did encounter an issue that needs attention. I spotted two small cockroaches during my stay. While this did not ruin my experience, it needs to improve pest control measures. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall quality of the stay.
Despite this, Balmi has a lot to offer and could easily be a top choice for travelers once this issue is resolved.
