Friendly, professional and clean.

My experience was top notch. Everything was super clean. The host, David, was available to answer any inquiry, even late. He was even available to receive incoming guests on the country's biggest holiday. I highly recomment this location. In my experience here, the common area was not utilized as it is in other hostals I've visited. Buses(to anywhere in area) are easy to access as are convenient stores and one larger grocery store. I actually came back to this location a second time after trying another hostal in the same neighborhood. The neighborhood was nice as well.

Pésimo procesamiento de solicitud

A la hora de procesar una habitación te dejan en lista de espera ignorando el hecho de que tal habitación sea necesaria, poca organización con sus solicitudes y falta de familiaridad con el cliente. Mal desde el principio.

Sin atención

Lo bueno: la limpieza es muy destacable.
Lo malo: no tienen realmente alguien que atienda, los desayunos son en una cafetería que está a un par de casas, 0 privacidad de las piezas con paredes de trupan y nada de control de quien puede entrar al recinto, no hay nadie que atienda, el wifi no funciona y no tenía a nadie q pedirle que lo arregle. Solo te atienden cuando realizas el check in (que es 2 casas al lado) y te dan las llaves del edificio y de tu pieza.

Excelente estadía en el Hostal

El servicio muy amable, las instalaciones impecables. Pero si deberían tener el desayuno en el mismo recinto y no tener que ir unos metros más allá para consumirlo. De los dos lugares las personas muy serviciales y amables.

habitacion en excelente estado, baño impecable, locación muy tranquila y segura, muy buen servicio y preocupacion por sus clientes todo muy ordenado y limpio, muy cerca del terminal de buses y del centro de la ciudad a pie a un precio muy bueno para la calidad que se recibe
