Sorrisi e fiori dappertutto…

Accolta meravigliosamente bene .sorriso da parte della Sig proprietaria.mi ha fatto scegliere la camera che mi piaceva di piu.c è uno strano connubio tra quello che c è all esterno delle camere…fiori e piante e oggetti vari)con la semplicità e modernità delle camere stesse.pulizia e gentilezza ne fanno da padroni.(super amabile l altra signora che gestisce l hospedaje

Rude, insecure administrator, no hot water.

The hot water goes in the middle of the shower and they do not solve. The sector is unsafe, they keep the main gate closed and you have to telephone to open while you wait in the street only at night. The administrator's attitude is rude and hostile. Bad experience.

Had to cancel my reservation because of the bad customer service

Two weeks ago I booked 2 rooms at Hospedaje La Farola for a weekend family trip. It said that I did not need to reserve with my credit card number, so I made the reservation. A day later, I was contacted by someone from the hotel saying that they could offer me one room with three beds, I declined because this was not what I needed and It was not what I had reserved. The person that contacted me was rude, did no answer my questions and did not know how to write properly in Spanish (their native tongue and mine). As the conversation continued I was informed that I needed to pay for the reservation and that If I wanted the two rooms I had booked I would be charged more because it was a holiday weekend and they were full. I was appalled to be treated this way and canceled the reservation.

Buena experiencia

Un hotel que cuenta con todas las normas de seguridad en contra de el Covid-19.
Un excelente lugar para disfrutar.
Y con una buena ubicación cercano a grandes lugares turísticos y en una ciudad unica.

Excelente 10/10 , atencion magnifica, cerca a todos los lugares turisticos ,el desayuno muy bueno, amplio garage para muchos vehiculos , el precio super economico, servicios de tv internacional e internet gratis
