Great smaller hotel located quietly in Alt-Moabit near M10 and U Turmstrasse. Balcony in many rooms. Nice staff. Priced very well.

This hotel room was clean, the breakfast was very good, and the front desk worker was so kind. One weak point us that there is no air conditioner, but there is electric fan, so it was hot in the room in hot summer days. Thanks.

No AC in 42°C heat, rude staff refused refund

We booked and paid for 1 night, 2 rooms, and the whole process took about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered the rooms had no air conditioning — outside temperature was 42°C. The rooms were stuffy and had a musty smell, making them very uncomfortable to stay in. When we asked for a refund, the receptionist told us at 18:10 that he had already finished his shift and would not help us further, refusing to assist in any way. Extremely poor service and no willingness to resolve the issue.

Staff friendly. Close to mass transit. Grocery and food close by. Beautiful room with balcony. Hot shower. Bed great. Would stay again.
